Our Mission
Our mission is to bring a pediatric sarcoma clinical trial to the United States. There is currently a trial being conducted in Tübingen, Germany where they are creating personalized peptide vaccines to treat pediatric sarcomas. My goal is to raise funds to start this promising trial here, stateside, specifically at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City. With your support, you are helping to fund an essential clinical trial that will give hope to families during their toughest times.
WHAT ARE PERSONALIZED PEPTIDE VACCINES (PPVs)?
Personalized peptide vaccines (PPVs) are a customized cancer immunotherapy that uses a patient’s unique tumor mutations, or pre-existing immune responses to create a customized vaccine.
